Shares of AviaAM Leasing debuted on the WSE

AviaAM Leasing AB, an integrated global aviation group specialising in the acquisition, lease, trade and management of used commercial aircraft, debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). The company’s shares were admitted for trading on the WSE under the ticker AAL and the trading started on 28 June. IPO of AviaAM Leasing AB was the biggest public offering of a foreign company year to date.

The trading started with the opening price of PLN 8.29 per share which is 3.62% higher than the IPO price, which has been set at PLN 8.00. Warsaw Stock Exchange is the sole listing market for AviaAM Leasing AB securities.
 
Given the share offer price of PLN 8 the value of the offering exceeds PLN 112m. After the debut the capitalization of the company exceeded PLN 359m.
